Mumbai : Auction house AstaGuru’s recently exhibited, ‘Showkeen’, which featured the celebrated Raja Ravi Varma painting “Yashoda and Krishna” which made news for record-breaking purchased for ₹167.20 crore at an auction by Cyrus Poonawalla of Serum Institute of India.
The exhibition was held at Nehru Centre on April 11 & 12 also had the other displays of Indian art from the modern masters such as S H Raza, M F Husain, Anjolie Ela Menon, Akbar Padamsee, and F N Souza to leading contemporary voices like Meetali Singh, Tom Vattakuzhy, Vinod Sharma, and Chittrovanu Mazumdar.
