It’s currently live for Android and will soon go live on iOS. The initiative is part of the brand’s ongoing effort to make serious dating feel more transparent, reassuring and user-centric, giving people greater confidence when they choose to invest in finding a meaningful connection. A 2025 YouGov India survey found that 58% of Indian dating app users are looking for a serious, long-term relationship, a clear signal that intent-led dating, not casual swiping, is becoming the category’s centre of gravity.
Over the past 12 years, Aisle has evolved alongside India’s dating landscape, building products and experiences for people who are looking beyond casual interactions. The Money Back Guarantee addresses one of the most common questions users have before purchasing a subscription: Will investing in a dating app genuinely improve my chances of finding the right match?
Under the program, eligible users who purchase select paid plans, actively engage on the platform and do not receive a valid match within 30 days can claim a refund, subject to the program’s eligibility criteria.
