Our France-Netherlands investment outreach began with a meeting with Roquette, a global leader in plant-based ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients.
Had productive discussions with Mr. Xavier Galliot, Chief Stakeholder Engagement Officer & Member of the Executive Office, and Mr. Antoine Peeters, Global Head of Public Affairs, on opportunities to expand Roquette’s manufacturing footprint in Karnataka.
With Roquette already present in Gokak, Belagavi, our strong raw-material base, including maize, world-class biotech ecosystem and investor-friendly policies make Karnataka a compelling destination for further manufacturing investments.
We will continue to work with Roquette to take these opportunities forward-bringing more investments, creating quality jobs across the State and further strengthening Karnataka’s manufacturing ecosystem
