The Bengaluru GAFX 2019 one stop 3 day annual event for Gaming, Animation, Visual Effects & Comics industry organised by ABAI , K-TECH & Government of Karnataka recently concluded.
The 3 days sessions was having panel discussions from eminent speakers from both National & International in the field Gaming , Vfx , comics & animations also various competitions rounds for students & professionals in clay modelling , sketching sculpting etc.
Visual Effects pioneers like Pete Draper , Prasad Sutar , Jayakar Arudra , Academy award winner studios Technicolor representation sessions & their presentations blow away the attendees & gatherings followed by QnA .
Many Studios mentored young aspirants and students also did job recruitment drive.
Day 2 had Kannada Film Industry big blockbuster of 2018 Rocking Star Yash starer ” KGF” vfx making and its panel discussions with the team key members was full packed and got thunder applause.
Concluding day before valedictory ceremony had panel discussions with topic Kannada Film Industry Panel – ‘Changing Landscape of Sandalwood – A Technology Perspective’ with eminent personalities Producer & Actor Rockline Venkatesh , veteran film maker S.V.Rajendra Singh Babu , DoP Sugnan [ Gnanamurthy ] & Uday Ravi Hegde head of Unfi media in the panel moderated by Abai Secretary Srinivas .
During discussions a first look poster of upcoming Kannada historical film ” Gandugali Madhakari Nayaka ” staring Challenging Star Darshan and produced by Rockline Venkatesh & Directed by S.V.Rajendra Singh Babu was shown and its pre production & special effects details were shared by the makers.
Closing ceremony had electrifying performances and felicitation to the winners from competitions sections and thanks giving to organizers ,sponsors etc..
