In celebration of World Tourism Day and the upcoming Dasara festival, the Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) has launched two new AC deluxe buses to enhance the travel experience for tourists visiting Mysore.
KSTDC Chairman Mr. M. Srinivas inaugurated the buses today, joined by Dr. K.S. Srinath, General Manager (Transport), and other officials. “These new AC deluxe buses will significantly improve the travel experience for visitors to Mysore, particularly during the vibrant Dasara festival,” said Mr. Srinivas. Our goal is to promote tourism while showcasing the rich cultural heritage of our region.”
The new buses will operate on the Mysore circuit, offering extensive travel throughout the area.
Last month, a meeting chaired by the Chief Minister outlined a strategy to promote tourism and convey a message of peace for World Tourism Day. As part of this initiative, the newly launched buses will facilitate tours during the ongoing Dasara celebrations, allowing passengers to experience the beautifully decorated city of Mysore.
