Actor Shahid Kapoor who is on paternity break was in conversations with Rajeev Masand and Anupama Chopra at the closing ceremony of day 2 of the Movie Mela part of Jio MAMI 18th Mumbai Film Festival with Star 2016 curated by Director Shakun Batra.
The sessions was full packed house with the fans and movie buffs
Actor talked all topics about his parents,learning days of acting and workshops at National School of Drama with Naseerudin Shah,his dances and initial days of giving numerous auditions and finally landing up in lead role in Ishq Vishq in year 2003 to stardom after Jab we met released, his connections with his fans on social media, marriage to Mira Rajput and now as father to his lovely daughter who is just few months old to his own fashion clothing launching.
Also talked about his critically acclaimed films like Jab we met, Kamineey & Haider and upcoming Rangoon and his approach of doing films and preparations he does etc.
He spent some cheerful time with his fans who joined him on dais by mouthing his Haider film dialogues and shaking legs with his fan couples who are also got hooked because of him and dance also some want get selfies with him.
Emotional movement happen when one of his special privileged fan came to stage and presented him a gift.
At the concluding of the sessions he pulled legs of critic Rajeev Masand by making him to shake legs with him along with JIO MAMI Festival Co-Director Anupama Chopra.
