23rd Chennai International Film Festival 2025 closed today with RV Udaya kumar renowned Film Director who also now President of Tamil Nadu Film Directors Association & Antony Lobo Hon Consul of Spain , Chennai as chief guests along with the Jury & organisers of the Film Festival.
