Brookfield Properties, a leading global developer and operator of high-quality real estate assets, successfully partnered with GiftdMinds, an experiential EdTech platform to host GiftdMinds’ flagship event, the Mega Finale of Demo Day 2026 at Ecoworld, one of Brookfield Properties’ marquee mixed-use developments located in Bellandur, Bengaluru on Sunday, 18 January 2026. Organised at Ecoworld’s amphitheatre, the event brought together some of India’s brightest young innovators to showcase their high-impact innovations before senior industry leaders such as Vidit Aatrey, Founder & CEO, Meesho and Dr. Kumar Swamy E, Consultant & Head, Emergency Medicine, Sakra World Hospital, who served as jurors.
Marking its second edition, the Demo Day 2026 saw students aged 9 to 14 years showcase and pitch real-world problem-solving products they had designed and built over a year-long, hands-on learning journey with the platform.
Among the multiple innovations, the top three innovations were:
· Fresh Nose, a food freshness detector by Mihir Sethuraman
· HeartCare, a low-cost ECG Motor by Shaurya Achar
· Sahaya, a low-cost CPR machine by Sahana Srinivas and Aryaa Prakash.
Through initiatives such as the GiftdMinds Demo Day at Ecoworld, Brookfield Properties continues to go beyond building world-class real estate by embodying its placemaking philosophy, which focuses on creating vibrant, community-centric spaces where people can connect and engage.
