Lauren Bell:
“We chased the target really well, and Georgia and Smriti were outstanding at the top. They set the chase up perfectly. I’ve never been part of a game that close, and with the fans behind us after waiting so long for this Final, it made the moment incredibly special. I’m just glad we got over the line.”
“The support has been amazing throughout the tournament. Every game there’s been noise and energy, and tonight was no different. The fans have backed us all the way and definitely played a big role in this win.”
“I’ve absolutely loved my time here. The whole month has been fantastic, from the group to the coaching staff. Finishing the season with a win makes it even more special, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

Georgia Voll:
“The plan was to take the game as deep as possible. It was a very good batting wicket, so the focus was on playing straight and batting for time. With the finishers we have in the side, we knew that if we stayed in, we could finish it well. It was disappointing not to finish the game together with Smriti, but full credit to the group. It’s been a great season.”
“The short break helped. Having a couple of days off before getting back into training was important. It’s never easy coming back after time away, but the group was very focused heading into the Final.”
“To perform like that in the Final was really special. I hadn’t felt like I was striking the ball cleanly for much of the season, so to deliver when it mattered most meant a lot.”

Radha Yadav:
“This team is extremely happy and very proud. Everyone has worked incredibly hard. The management has backed the players completely and provided us with everything we needed, and more. This win belongs to them as much as it does to the players.”
“We worked a lot on situational practice, chasing specific targets in specific scenarios. The management constantly helped us improve our skills and find ways to get better. That backing made a huge difference.”
“We took a short trip and completely switched off from cricket. It was a decision taken by the management so we could return fresh and recharged, and it helped.”
Shreyanka Patil:
“This season has been very special for me, especially as a comeback year. The crowd tonight was incredible. We were chasing a big total, but the fans backed us right through. A big thank you as well to everyone back in Bengaluru.”
“After the first innings, Arundhati and I both felt that we would pull this off. The energy in the dugout was outstanding, and that’s been the story the whole season.”
“Every player in this team felt like a leader. In every game, someone different stepped up, and that shows how strong the team effort has been.”
“There are three people I want to mention. Smriti she deserves it and this win is for her. It’s also Malo’s first season as head coach, and it was Anya’s son’s birthday, which makes it even more special.”
