Through the KATALYST program, the Karnataka Government is opening new doors for GCCs to partner meaningfully with the state across key areas:
NIPUNA — reskilling and upskilling talent for the future economy.
Elevate NxT — mentoring, incubation, pilots, client access and co-investment opportunities for DeepTech startups.
Centres of Excellence — partnerships that provide access to advanced technologies and innovation ecosystems.
AI University — building future-ready talent and research capabilities. Government First — access to anonymized public datasets, testbeds and government infrastructure to solve real-world challenges.
Hon’ble Minister for Home, Information Technology, Biotechnology and E-Governance Shri Priyank M. Kharge; Financial Advisor to the Chief Minister of Karnataka, Shri L.K. Atheeq, IAS; Dr. N. Manjula, IAS, Secretary, Department of Electronics, Information Technology and Biotechnology; and other senior officials from the Government of Karnataka were also present at the consultation.
Message is clear: Karnataka is not just home to GCCs and are partners in their progress.
