The Museum of Innovation, Startup & Technology (MIST) will be India’s first museum dedicated exclusively to documenting the nation’s remarkable journey in innovation, technology and entrepreneurship. Through the adaptive reuse of this industrial heritage structure, the existing 10,061 sq. m. footprint will be expanded to nearly 24,000 sq. m. by adding new floors and double-height volumes. Approximately 12,325 sq. m. will be dedicated to immersive museum galleries and public experiences, creating a landmark institution that celebrates India’s innovation journey while preserving an important chapter of Karnataka’s industrial heritage.
