Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the Young Indians Parliament (YIP) – Bengaluru Chapter of 2 days happened at Vikasa Soudha earlier this week concluded with 196 students across various schools from the Country participated.

Dr. Bhaskar Rajakumar, CEO, Centre of Excellence for Health Tech & MedTech, Government of Karnataka was the chief guest on opening day who encouraged students to actively engage in public life and contribute meaningfully to nation-building. Participants gained first-hand exposure to parliamentary procedures, policy discussions, and the value of constructive debate in a democratic society.
Priyadarshini Modi, Chair, CII Yi Bengaluru, said, “Young Indians Parliament is more than a platform for debate—it is a platform for transformation. It empowers students to think critically, express themselves with confidence, appreciate diverse perspectives, and understand the responsibilities that come with leadership and democracy.
