Kannada Zee 5 has officially announced a new web series titled ‘Corporate Love Story’, which is a unique story about the love of today’s youth, career ambition and the intricacies of modern relationships. Set in the backdrop of the fast-paced start-up environment of Bengaluru, the series is directed by renowned director Pannaga Bharana and produced by ‘Filmy Fellow Studios’. Starring Sitara Das and Pranav Sridhar as the lead pair and veteran actress Priyanka Upendra in a pivotal role, the show is a love story of two colleagues who are tested between office obligations, ambition and personal expectations.

Introduction to the plot and characters

The story revolves around a start-up company named ‘Uniquus Tech’ in Bengaluru. Nithya, an aspiring young designer, joins the company which is all set to launch a dating app. There she meets Arjun, a product head who is disciplined, responsible and reluctant to let out his emotions. Arjun’s main goal is to save the company from an uncertain future. Although the two have completely different natures, their friendship blossoms between them in the midst of work, which later turns into love. However, the couple’s relationship will face many unexpected tests on the way to offsetting the stress of the office, career challenges, and personal responsibilities.

A true reflection of the life of today’s young professionals

Apart from being a traditional love story, the series brings out the realities of today’s corporate world and start-up life. The story is based on real life situations where career aspirations, family expectations and personal choices come face to face. Through Nithya and Arjun’s journey, it has been shown how important mutual understanding, trust and a growing mindset together is for any relationship to be strong. It will be a mirror to the experiences of today’s generation of young professionals who find life amidst the company of office buddies, the excitement of new beginnings and tough decisions.
