Bengaluru : The stage is set for the third edition of the RCB Innovation Lab Indian Sports Summit Powered by Leaders, with some of the biggest names from sport, business, governance and media coming together on 19 May, 2026, at the Padukone Dravid Centre of Excellence, Bengaluru.
Following two successful editions, the summit returns with conversations around high-performance culture, sports policy, fan experience, commercial growth, media transformation and athlete leadership.
Headlined by RCB icon Virat Kohli, the summit will explore the ideas, innovations and leadership shaping the future of Indian and global sport.
One of the most anticipated sessions of the summit, ‘Mind Over Everything: Virat Kohli on Peak Performance’, will see Kohli reflect on leadership, motivation, discipline and the mindset required to consistently perform at the highest level of elite sport.
The summit will open with ‘From Vision to Victory: How RCB Built a Championship Organisation’, featuring Mo Bobat, Director of Cricket, RCB; and Mayanti Langer, Broadcaster, offering an inside look into RCB’s high-performance culture, leadership philosophy and what it takes to build a title-winning franchise.
In ‘India at Play’, Hari Ranjan Rao, Secretary, Government of India – Department of Sports and Nandan Kamath, Sports & Society Accelerator, will discuss India’s sporting ambition and the long-term roadmap for the country’s emergence as a global sporting powerhouse.
‘Full House: Design, Safety, and the Future of the Live Sports Experience’, featuring Ryan Sickman, Global Director of Sports & Principal, Gensler; Paul Foster, CEO, OnePlan; and Vamsi Krishna, Joint Commissioner, Bengaluru, will focus on how modern venues are balancing infrastructure and fan-first experiences to redefine live sport in India.
The business of sports will take centre stage in ‘Inside the Room: How Sport’s Biggest Deals Get Done’, featuring Rahul Saraf, Managing Director – Investment Banking, Citi India; Eric Savage, Co-Founder & CEO, Unitus Capital; and K Academy Champion, examining how high-level sports properties attract investment and drive billion-dollar partnerships.
In ‘The Algorithm Enters the Arena: The Future of Sports Media and Sponsorship’, featuring Anurag Dahiya, Chief Commercial Officer, ICC; Peter Hutton, Global Sports and Media Advisor; and Fiona Harold, Multi-Sport Strategist, speakers will reveal how changing audience behaviours are transforming sponsorship models.
The previous edition of the summit featured prominent voices from the global sporting ecosystem including Virat Kohli, PR Sreejesh, Dinesh Karthik and Moya Dodd, with discussions centred around sports policy, public-private partnerships, technology, commerce, performance and societal impact.
